Going Down Memory Lane
In my free time over the last year or so, I have been creating and sharing nostalgia-themed illustrations based on snacks, drinks and other fun items from Nigeria in the late 90s/early 2000s.
It is my way of pausing and reflecting on the blessing and bittersweet nature of the passage of time.
I work in Procreate, and each one takes about 6 - 7 hours to complete. In the process I have refined this digital but watercolor-like art style, which is pretty cool!
